Flexarehab

Flexa rehab is a package designed for those who are recovering from an injury or recent surgery. A less intensive programme, it will accelerate your recovery with precise rehabilitation specific to your needs.

As with our Flexalife package, we start with initial assessments and this information is analysed & an individualised programme designed. Your appointments will be prebooked for the entire programme allowing you to fit around your existing commitments. You can make any changes to the sample programme to tailor the package to your  needs. Your programme can be shortened, lengthened and manipulated to suit you.

Flexarehab Programme Sample (12 weeks)

• Physiotherapy - Muscle Balance Assessment & Treatment session x 3 weekly 
• Podiatry - Bio-Mechanical Assessment 
• Performance Training -   Lifestyle Assessment and  Body Composition Assessment   
                                     - Personalised Training Programme and Performance Training Diary
                                     - 1-on-1 60 mins sessions x 2 weekly
• Massage 60 mins x 1 fortnightly

Additional extras can include an F11 Polar Heart Rate Monitor watch and a Swiss ball with manual
